Statement Game

Ask one person from the group to stand in the middle of the room and start the game by reading one of the statements. Everyone else should move carefully to the side of the room which represents their response to the statement (Agree/Disagree) They can go to the middle if they are unsure. Each group discusses their response. Can they change others’ opinions in the room? Ask for a new volunteer to stand in the middle to read the next statement and repeat the exercise, until all statements have been read.

 

 

GAME: What 3 things?

Ask young people to split into pairs and share:
 3 things about yourself
 3 things that are important to you

Find out if you have anything in common and use the above to introduce your partner to the
group. Are there another people in the group who share similar things?
